The Embodiment Event (1)

I get asked often how it's so easy for me to show up consistently and confidently in all areas of my life. EMBODIMENT. 

Women want to know the "secret" to confidence, the "secret" to success, the "secret" to building authentic friendships that support you in all areas of your life. The truth is, there is no secret. It takes putting yourself in room with women who are willing to be seen. Women who are truly emboding their beleifs.

During this monthly event series I'm inviting you into my sacred space. During this 4 hour event you will experience deep transformation. Each month we will have a different topic/focus on what it means to truly be embodied. I will guide you through exercises that will help you learn to authentically express from a place that is genuine & aligned with your soul. We'll dance, we'll laugh, we'll cry. We'll express & we'll embody. Think of this event series as your sacred circle of the most bad ass soulful girlfriends.

What you can expect:

Soul Work: As a spiritual teacher and coach I work with clients all over the world to help them unblock what's holding them back from creating a life they truly love.  We'll do subconscious work, uncover & remove limiting beliefs, identify your personal mission, discover your truth & core values, breathwork, visualization and so much more.

Ecstatic Dance: I believe that when you unleash the wild free soul within you, deep healing occurs. Ecstatic dance includes your whole self. The confident parts, the broken parts, the shy parts; all of you. Dancing freely initates courage. No choreography. No steps to learn. Simply freedom of movement and expression. Dance transcends the boundaries of time and space. With ecstatic dance you will discover and unleash your unique potential. Unbreakable connections are formed when dancing freely in a supportive community.

Transformation Through Conversation: I believe that when it comes to evolution, there is no head of the table. No one person is going to guide you to your higher self. The highest version of you already exists. And together, we will invite her to come forward from within. We're all here to help one another learn and grow. Through this event series there will be many conversations initiated. Your deepest thoughts will be invited to be expressed in a safe and sacred space.

Photoshoot: What's better than documenting your internal growth than with external proof? If you scroll the feed of my instagram profile you'll see that my look changes often and that I caputure it as I change. The expression of myself to the world evolves as my soul evolves. We'll close out each event with a photoshoot. After you have worked on emboding your truest essence, we'll capture the elevated version of you. Each attendee will recieve 3-5 edited images for you to use for yourself however you see fit.

Snack & Champs: Becasue Duh. We like to eat and it's not a party if there isn't bubbles! Don't worry, I'll have a fun tasty drink for my loves that are strongly living their best sober life!

What you'll need: Yoga mat or blanket to lay/sit on, journal if you like to take notes, water.
